Q. How do I enroll in your services?
A. You can enroll during office hours or by leaving a message on our 24/7 answering service. We will call you back as soon as possible to ask qualifying questions.
Q. When do I need home care services?
A. The following circumstances may prompt your need for home care services:
- Following a hospital stay
- For an illness or injury that does not require hospitalization
- To care for an elderly family member
- While recovering from accidents, a heart attack and strokes
- Wound Care management
- Diabetes management
Q. How do I get to the office?

Q. Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?
A. No, if you are qualified you will be billed through Medicare program or through your insurance carrier.
Q. How much is my co-pay?
A. If you have Medicare, you pay $0.00. Private Insurance co-pay depends on your policy.
Q. Who conducts the assessment of my medical condition?
A. We usually send in a Registered Nurse for a comprehensive assessment of your medical condition upon your Doctor’s approval. We work in consultation with your Doctor and other medical professionals.
Q. What do I do in an emergency?
A. Call 911.
Q. Who should I contact if I get sick after office hours or on weekends?
A. You must call 911 or our 24-hour hotline or your physician for subsequent direction.
